Design and production of a cookbook celebrating 100 years of an Australian food industry icon, Fowlers Vacola.
Fowlers Vocola is one of Australia’s oldest food industry brands. Known for their iconic jam making products and patented preserving system, they wanted to celebrate 100 years of preserving quality Australian food. As lead designer, I was required to design and coordinate all aspects of production on the book. Working closely with the photographer, art director and a host of celebrity chef writers including Stephanie Alexander and Maggie Beer to bring to life the recipes and capture the nostalgia of the brand in a modern appealing way.
